Not a one‑size‑fits‑all course. We shape the content together to match the group’s goals and context.
Action First
Try things in a low‑stakes trusting environment, get feedback, then take your wins back to your mahi (work).
What we will cover (indicative)
NB: As this series uses a group coaching methodology, the plan below is indicative only. It gives a draft outline of one possible pathway. The actual pathway will be determined and agreed by the group as part of the group coaching process.

Expected outcome: Participants feel heard and understood; a sense of community begins to form; initial learning goals emerge.
Session 2 — Designing great virtual sessions

Objectives: Surface what great facilitation looks like (virtual & in‑person), explore planning approaches, and add a few practical tools to your kete.
Expected outcome: Participants gain strategies for designing engaging live sessions and are exposed to one or two tools to explore.
Session 3 — Getting out of the starting blocks
Theme: Finding your virtual facilitation space and taking the leap.
Objectives: Practical techniques for openings/closings, creating connection and belonging (chat + breakouts), and planning for active engagement.
Expected outcome: Confidence to run your own session; tools and tactics identified for your context.
Session 4 — Presence, challenges & our Showcase Celebration
