About me
Kia ora e hoa (Hello my friend)
Ko Darryn Gray toku ingoa (My name is Darryn Gray)
With a background in primary education, public service and more recently L&D contracting and consulting, I help people and organisations learn, lead, grow and connect with purpose.
I work with you to design crackin’ learning experiences, offer thoughtful future focussed coaching, and facilitate real conversations (online and in person) that lead to insight, clarity, and action.
Whether it's building leadership capability, shaping impactful learning programs, chasing that personal goal, or cultivating vibrant learning communities — my work with you is grounded in people, purpose, and practical impact, and we have a little fun along the way.

Why choose me?
My ‘WHY’ – To empower others to think differently so that together we can make a greater difference in what we do.
I believe that great learning should feel relevant, leadership should feel possible, and growth should have stretch but feel achievable. I believe in creating space for individuals and teams to explore what really matters, unlock potential, and move forward with intention.
I'm 100% passionate about
Impactful coaching for individuals and teams
Engaging virtual facilitation and online learning
Human centred learning design
Building crackin' learning communities; and
Privileging and honouring te ao Māori learning concepts in my work.

Oh and did I say ... I am absolutely passionate about
